Unte e enfarinhe uma assadeira de 40 x 20 cm. Prepare a massa peneirando a farinha de trigo com o açúcar, pitada de sal e fermento em pó. Em outro recipiente, misture o ovo ao leite e essência. Bater por 30 segundos em velocidade lenta. Bater mais 2 minutos em velocidade média. Adicionar o restante da farinha e bater mais um pouco. Colocar esta massa em um mármore enfarinhado. Com um rolo espalhar a massa e cortar os doughnuts com um cortador especial. Aquecer o óleo em uma caçarola funda, quando estiver bem quente colocar os doughnuts um a um. Quando dourar virar o lado.Retirar do fogo e colocar em um papel absorvente.
